The new 2,240 square foot Sales Office and Clubhouse is located on the Arlington Woods campus. The Sales Office and Clubhouse includes new offices, salesroom, lobby, main office, kitchenette, men’s and women’s toilet rooms and community room.

The community room features a cultured stone fireplace with rough sawn timber lintel, mantel and tv inset. The exterior features two separate entrances that are under a covered canopy with cultured stone columns.
