Located on the first floor of the Mercy Health Pavilion. The 12,425 S.F. interior renovations were completed in 2 phases. All 2 phases were completed as GMA still occupied this suite.

One of the many challenges to a multi-phase project like this was maintaining the existing infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical.

The 12,425 S.F. interior renovation features news exam rooms, team room, medical offices, pharmacy, and multi-purpose room, check-in, and check-out. All the existing mechanical plumbing, and fire protection was replaced to accommodate the new layout along with all new wall, ceiling, and floor finishes.
