Phase I of the the Bond Proposal passed in 2009. It included the addition of a music classroom, a science classroom, and publications classroom to the high school building

There was also an addition of a new entrance, ticket booth/concession building, and restroom facilities to the football field, and a ticket booth and concession/restroom facility for the baseball field.
