Comerica Bank Norton Shores

The New 7,000 Square Foot Banking Center was constructed in the existing Comerica Bank parking lot. This project had a very aggressive schedule. Clifford Buck Construction broke ground on the new banking center in June 2015 and completed the project in December 2015. The build included two separate banking divisions, offices, conference rooms, teller lines, and a vault.

Lakeshore Federal Credit Union

Lakeshore Federal Credit Union remained open and fully functional during the building and renovation phases. We constructed a new three-lane drive-thru, repaved the parking lot, created a new entrance, and updated landscaping. A new stone veneer was also added to the building’s exterior. Interior projects included turning the existing drive-thru into three new offices and staff entry, building new teller lines, and renovating the lobby.

Muskegon Commerce Bank

Muskegon Commerce Bank originally started in the former Mr. Fables restaurant on the corner of Seminole Road and Seaway Drive in Norton Shores. After seeing exceptional growth for years, Muskegon Commerce Bank knew it was time to build the new 18,000-square-foot banking center on the site adjacent to its original location. The new two-story structure has a fully completed basement and features walk-in teller lanes, three drive-thru lanes, an ATM, a night deposit, and support offices. The two-story open glass foyer blends stone and brick veneer accented with metal panels and shingles.
