The project at North Muskegon City Hall involved demoing the north portion of the building completely, putting on a larger addition, and completely renovating the existing interior. The renovations comprised of new offices, bathrooms, entrance / vestibule, conference room, and full basement for storage. The project was finished with beautiful trim work throughout the main areas of the building and high-end finishes.

Muskegon Area Transit System
- Muskegon, MI
The Downtown Transit Center included space for ticket sales for MATS and Greyhound buses. A new waiting area, restrooms, customer service area, and mechanical and electrical space were also added. The exterior features a brick veneer, metal panels, an aluminum storefront system, and some stone accents.

Norton Shores Police Department

The New Police Garage and office were a mix of two different types of construction. The Police Garage was a PEMB furnished by Nucor and featured parking spaces for 23 cars with angled parking on one side and perpendicular parking on the other. The Police Office Addition was a wood-framed addition with brick veneer, a Police Briefing Room, and an area for Patrol Office space.

Spring Lake Fire Barn #1

The new 14,237 square foot LEED Certified facility includes an apparatus bay to hold six fire trucks, a decontamination room, alarm dispatch, exercise, showers, dorm rooms, a kitchen/day room, fire prevention & inspectors, a conference room, and an office. The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office is also included in this facility (offices, interview room, and reception space).
