The Leonard is a new 6-story mixed use development in a prime location on the corner of West Western and Second Street in downtown Muskegon. This new mixed use development features 61,000 square feet underground parking ramp with parking for 20 vehicles. Floors 1 and 2 will be white box construction for future retail/office space. Floors 3-6 will be 24 finished apartments with 6 apartments per floor and a roof top patio.
This beautiful building is constructed using state of the art precast concrete technology giving this space a high-quality build, with high ceilings and solid infrastructure.
