The ideal candidate will know about wood properties, other carpentry materials, and can work with little supervision while following all health and safety standards. The goal is to construct and maintain strong and long-lasting buildings and products.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as carpenter
- Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques
- Proficiency in electrical and manual equipment (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of basic math
- Good physical condition and endurance
- Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required OR a currently enrolled in the apprenticeship program
